How to Wear Stripes - Pattern Mixing

Summer might be technically over, but these stripe pants are staying on-trend sell into next season! If you’re following me on Instagram, you might remember me styling this key Zara piece with polka dots (also still a hot trend this season), and horizontal stripes. This time, I’m mixing it with another currently-popular print – Florals.

You also might have seen lately, all the Instagram It-girls wearing retro-inspired sunglasses in white or red frames. This is a quirky and chic look, and luckily, I already have a pair from Marni sitting around from years ago! Sadly these were left in a Uber in NYC during Fashion Week, but that just means I need to shop for a new pair 🙂

Danse Lente is my favorite bag designers lately – their bold, structural design with clean lines is so unique, and their price point is TOTALLY reasonable! My version was from the previous season, and it was already seen quite a lot on the arms of street style stars at NYFW. Just according to a Who What Wear article yesterday (9/18/17), this has been name the new It bag! FW 2018 designs are mostly sold out, but stay tuned for SS2018!
