The Return of Wide-Leg Pants

Wide leg pants are back! But wait, did they ever go out? Not for me, as I’ve always love this relaxed cut and the oversize shape it adds to a more fitted top. I recently had the pleasure of attending District Winery‘s Rose launch event on the beautiful Capitol Waterfront, and as you can see Little Guy and I had a blast with my friend Karen!

These vintage Chanel wide leg pants were from a friend who couldn’t make use of them anymore. Do you have friends to trade clothing with? I love how this contributes to reducing waste, and needless to say, more economical too!

I recently bought this bar necklace from Aurate and decided to turn the pendent into an earring for a change. How’s that for multifunctional fashion?

I paired the relaxed pants with an old Alexander Wang sweater with fun zip detail. Although it’s from several seasons ago, I’m still seeing this sweater popping up here and there on consignment websites!
